probably the best pizza place in vero beach/sebastian and the surrounding areas there are so so many pizza restaurants in vero beach and sebastian, and im really not sure why? we have tried a number of them, and they are all just okay imo, but giannas is different they have specialty mexican pizzas that really put them over the top, and in line with growing food trends birria pizza? like come on, who doesnt want that giannas also has homemade bread for their sandwiches, and they will make you a sandwich on one of their garlic knots highly recommended if looking for dine in, take out or delivery pizza

Wow wow wow wow wow!!!! This is the first time I have ever been to Gianna's. I picked up the supreme pizza and I have to tell you, one of the best NY style pizzas I have ever had down here... Absolutely perfect. We have been getting pizza from Vic's since 1992 , and lately we are hitting every pizza place every Friday night looking to see who has the best these days. I think we found our favorite. The girls that immediately greeted me at the front door were so nice!!!! DONT CHANGE ANYTHING.. see you guys next Friday!!!!

This place is tucked in a little building plaza on us1 so don’t miss it!! We ordered a half Buffalo half margarita pizza, It was cooked perfectly, fresh ingredients, really good! It’s hard to find good pizza around here if you’re from the north but they definitely know what they’re doing. They even have real garlic knots, not just the biscuit kind shaped like knots, they were gone before I could get a picture though. This is certainly our new favorite pizza place in town! Will be back!!

This is the 2nd time for me & they deliver to Barefoot Bay. That is a score for me!!. I was so pleasantly surprised the food was just as good the 2nd time as the 1st time. I ordered extra cheese & when I order extra cheese that’s what I want. The pie sure had extra cheese. The pie was delicious. The garlic knots are delicious!!. I found my new favorite place *** The pizza pLaces dont do that well. You did it & I enjoyed it. It was delicious. I also went there because I won a gift certificate they donated to the senior ctr. That prompted me to go there again & now I will officially use them as my go to! Thanks for the great pie!! Thanks for your generosity and donating a gift certificate for your local community!!

Great little spot in Sebastian! We’re new to the area and tried Gianna’s for the first time—awesome experience. My daughter ordered the pizza al pastor from their secret menu (yes, they have one!), and it was amazing. My wife and I split a giant, cheesy calzone that was easily one of the best we’ve had. I also tried the Capri salad—fresh and tasty, though the bed of Romaine felt like it needed something extra. Overall, great food, super clean, and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back!

The pizza is really good, but I just got the Birria Pizza and I’ve never had such an amazing tasting pizza in my life. Hands down the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. 100% recommend. The wings are fire too! Love this place!!! I’ll be back for another birria pizza soon enough.

I have now been here three times and drive over 30 minutes to eat here. Their menu offers tons of "fun" options that you won't see in other restaurants in the surrounding area. It is a nice, family-owned restaurant, hole-in-the-wall style. I do wish the restaurant were bigger and could seat more comfortably. Their food is really good, and you have to check out their Mexican fusion choices. I really love the creativity of their menu and will continue to be a customer.
